The posters will be on display daily in the Exhibit Hall at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel from 7:00 AM-6:00 PM on Sunday-Monday and 7:30 AM-3:45 PM on Tuesday. Members and nonmembers may submit an abstract. An individual may be first author of, and present only one, volunteered scientific paper. Please refer to the RULES AND GUIDELINES before submitting your abstract.

The abstracts and posters are one of the most important means of scientific communication at the Symposium. Abstracts will be grouped by topic category, numbered and published in the Program/Abstract Volume as a supplement to the July 2008 issue of Protein Science. Posters will be on display DAILY from Sunday through Tuesday. Each poster will be scheduled for presentation during a single two-hour poster session on one of these days. Each poster presenter will be given a specific time and day to place the poster on the board and to remove the poster.

Abstract Acknowledgement

Authors will be automatically sent via email an acknowledgement upon successful submission. The author will be given an abstract control number. Please use this number on all future correspondence.

Program Confirmation

You will receive confirmation via e-mail in June, with notification of the day, date, and time of poster presentation. When notified of confirmation, authors will be given specific dates and times to put up their posters and to remove their posters. A different set of posters will be displayed on each of the following days: Sunday, July 20 (Poster Session 1); Monday, July 21 (Poster Session 2) and Tuesday, July 22 (Poster Session 3).
