Opening Reception

An Opening Reception will be held for all registrants on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel San Diego immediately following the Awards Plenary Session #1. The reception is free of charge. All registered attendees are welcome. Complimentary drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks) are limited to two per person. Please make sure you keep your “drink” coupon received with your name badge. A cash bar will be available for those wishing to purchase additional drinks.

The Protein Society Awards Reception and Banquet

Jane Richardson (Duke University) will be the featured speaker at the Awards Banquet of the 22nd Annual Symposium of The Protein Society. The Awards Reception and Banquet will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 in the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel San Diego. An exchange coupon will be given to each full registrant. This coupon must be exchanged for a ticket no later than 10:00 AM Monday, July 21,2008. No one will be admitted to the Awards Banquet without a ticket. Those who purchase the ticket separately will be mailed a ticket. Additional tickets, until sold out, will be available for purchase in the Symposium Registration area for $100 per person. Complimentary drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks) are limited to two per person. A cash bar will be available for those wishing to purchase additional drinks.
