TO GUARANTEE A ROOM: A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Credit card expiration dates must be later than August 2008. To obtain the special meeting rates, make your reservations early. Attendees are strongly encouraged to make hotel reservations early to guarantee rates and availability. For the best availability and immediate confirmation, make your hotel reservation via the Internet.
Telephone: 1-888-421-1442 or 402-592-6464. Telephone or requests will take longer to process. You should have the following information available when calling to make your reservation.
- Name of Convention: The Protein Society Annual Meeting
- Arrival/departure dates
- Number of rooms requested
- Type of room (single/double, etc.)
- Number of people in party
- Credit card type, account number, expiration date and billing name and address
- Names of all occupants of room
- Email Address/Fax number to which confirmation is to be sent.
- Daytime telephone number
CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmation will be emailed, faxed or mailed to you, once your reservation has been secured with a credit card.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: All changes and cancellations to hotel reservations must be made by contacting 1-888-421-1442 or 402-592-6464 prior to the June 12, 2008 deadline. After this date, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel by calling 619-232-1234. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of one night room and tax.
