Program Confirmation

Programming notifications were sent via email on May 19, 2009. The notifications list the day, date, and time of poster presentations as well as specific times authors are to put up their posters and remove their posters. A different set of posters will be displayed on each of the following days: Sunday, July 26 (Poster Session 1); Monday, July 27 (Poster Session 2) and Tuesday, July 28 (Poster Session 3).

To check the poster session assignment for your abstract, please see the Poster Session Assignment. The abstract control number listed is the original ID number assigned to your abstract at the time of submission.

Poster Session 1

Sunday, July 26 – Poster Viewing from 8:00 AM – 6:45 PM

Authors are to be present at the poster boards during the following hours:

1:15 PM – 2:15 PM (odd numbered boards)

2:15 PM – 3:15 PM (even numbered boards)

SET UP TIMES:

Place poster on board Sunday July 26 from 7:00 AM- 8:00 AM

Remove poster on Sunday, July 26 from 6:45 PM-7:15 PM

Poster Session 2

Monday, July 27 - Poster Viewing from 8:00 AM – 6:45 PM

Authors are to be present at the poster boards during the following hours:

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (odd numbered boards)

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM (even numbered boards)

SET UP TIMES:

Place poster on board Monday, July 27 from 7:00 AM-8:00 AM

Remove poster on Monday, July 27 from 6:45-7:15 PM


Poster Session 3

Tuesday, July 28 - - Poster Viewing from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Authors are to be present at the poster boards during the following hours:

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (odd numbered boards)

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM (even numbered boards)

SET UP TIMES:

Place poster on board Tuesday, July 28 from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Remove poster on Tuesday, July 28 from 3:30-4:00 PM
