Housing at Headquarters Hotel
The Protein Society has secured rooms at this year's Headquarters
Hotel, The Boston Marriott Copley Place, at a discounted rate
for registrants attending The 23rd Annual Symposium.
Hotel reservations must be received by
June 24, 2009 to guarantee
the discounted meeting rate. We strongly encourage attendees
to make housing reservations as early as possible to guarantee
rates and ensure availability.
TO GUARANTEE A ROOM:
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Credit
card expiration dates must be later than August 2009.

Arrival/departure dates
Number of rooms requested
Type of room (single/double, etc.)
Number of people in party
Credit card type, account number, expiration date and billing name and address
Names of all occupants of room
Email Address/Fax number to which confirmation is to be sent.
Daytime telephone number
CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmation will be emailed, faxed or mailed to you once your reservation has been secured with a credit card.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: All changes and cancellations to hotel reservations must be made by contacting (506) 474-2009 or (800) 266-9432 prior to the June 24, 2009 deadline. After this date, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel by calling
(617) 236-5800. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of one night's room and tax.
