The 24th Annual Symposium of The Protein Society offers scientific professionals a valuable opportunity to communicate important, groundbreaking research in the field of protein science. Abstract Submission The deadline for submission of abstracts is Wednesday, March 31, 2010, 11:59 PM U.S. EDT. All abstracts must be submitted online. Please review the instructions and guidelines for abstract submission carefully to ensure that your abstract adheres to all requirements. Individuals who are not current members of The Protein Society can join prior to abstract submission or they will need to have a member sponsor their abstract. Selection to Speak at the Symposium The Protein Society is seeking abstracts from scientists, including young investigators and undergraduate students. Abstracts may be submitted for consideration as an oral presentation by selecting the option to enter your abstract for a young investigator or undergraduate speaking slot when submitting your abstract online. In order to be considered, your abstract must be received by Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Student Poster Awards The Annual Student Poster Awards recognizes outstanding graduate and undergraduate posters. The general poster sessions runs from Monday, August 2 through Wednesday, August 4, 2010. All posters will be presented and judged; authors of selected posters will be recognized at the Banquet dinner with some receiving a monetary prize. You must select the option to enter your abstract for the poster competition when submitting your abstract online. In order to be considered, your abstract must be received by Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
