Under the strong belief that attendance at our Symposia presents an invaluable opportunity for future protein scientists, TPS is committed to making it possible for young scientists to participate and benefit from our Annual Meeting. The Protein Society is also committed to taking concrete actions to end racism in science by outlining a plan of action that includes investments in outreach, mentoring, and inclusion initiatives that can help address inequities and contribute to meaningful and sustained change. With generous support from partners and individuals, The Protein Society awards three types of travel grants every year: Diversity Travel Awards, Finn Wold Travel Awards, and Protein Science Travel Awards. The submissions deadline is April 19, 2022. Award recipients must be or become a member of the Society upon selection. Applicants must submit an abstract, be accepted, register for, and present their posters at the 2022 Annual Symposium. Many awards are available and we encourage you to apply. |
